In celebration of Hispanic Heritage month, NAHJ DC and the FDA/HHS invite you to a meet and greet roundtable between Latino journalists and government communication officers on Thursday, October 2 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the HHS Hubert Humphrey Bldg. in downtown D.C.
Come connect with key public information officers working with Latino media at various agencies and learn about:
- How to increase communication and collaboration with government officials and their agencies
- Valuable government resources and tools that can help you write your stories
- Tips on how to better work with public affairs specialists and get the information you need
After the roundtable, we’ll head to a nearby venue for drinks and appetizers.
