Our panelists will discuss some of the most important topics in the election and their experience reporting on the 2016 presidential race.
The conversation will be moderated by Univision Washington D.C. Affiliates Correspondent Fernando Pizarro. We will also hold a Q&A session.

Suzanne Gamboa, NBCNews.com

Raquel Godos is a Congressional correspondent for the spanish international news wire EFE, based in Washington DC. She covered the 2012 Presidential campaign when president Obama was reelected. As correspondent for EFE, she covers political issues with national and international perspective. Barely, one month ago, she interviewed secretary Hillary Clinton in San Antonio, Texas, when secretary Julian Castro made his official endorsement to her candidacy. Before Washington, she also was correspondent in Bogotá, Colombia.
Janell Ross, The Washington Post
Janell Ross is a reporter for The Washington Post’s political blog, The Fix. She is writing a book about the racial wealth gap and the truths about its real origins laid bare by the The Great Recession. The book will be published by Beacon Press. Previously, she has covered a range of social issues including race, politics,education and immigration for The National Journal, Atlantic and New Republic magazines, The Huffington Post, The Tennessean, The News & Observer and the Corpus Christi Caller-Times. She is a graduate of Vassar College and earned an master’s degree from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism.
