NPR hosts NAHJ DC for Hispanic Heritage Month mixer and panel

NPR hosted NAHJ DC members for a Hispanic Heritage Month mixer and journalism panel on Wed. Oct. 11. NPR National Education Correspondent Claudio Sanchez moderated a conversation about what it means to be a Latino journalist today and what our community can do to continue furthering diversity in newsrooms across the country. The panelists included Fernando Pizarro from Univision, Daniella Diaz from CNN and Erika Gonzalez from NBC News4.
